Based in the Jackson Metro Area, Charles works with property owners, investors, landlords, and tenants on investment sales, leasing, acquisitions, and site selection. He takes a proactive, relationship-driven approach to commercial real estate, consistently working to uncover opportunities, connect the right parties, and create value for his clients. A lifelong resident of Ridgeland, Mississippi, Charles is a graduate of the University of Mississippi, where he was recognized as the program’s top real estate student. Outside of real estate, Charles enjoys playing basketball, playing the piano, and spending time with friends and family.
